Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)

If you have an Education, Health and Care Plan, this may continue up to the age of 25 if you are in school or a further education placement and it is agreed that it is required to meet your educational needs. This will be reviewed annually by the school or college and the SEND department. If you go to university or a higher education institution, your EHCP will cease.

We will continue to support you with your education and attend your EHCP annual review for as long as you stay in school or college.
